Dear UMC in Wayne,
This Sunday we will be singing a new “oldie from 1878” hymn from the Faith We Sing called “The Lily of the Valley”. Our music director Peter Candala has recorded it (see attachment to this email) so that we can familiarize ourselves with it.
Also, this Sunday during “the Basket” our children will be learning about the origins of “All Hallows Eve” and its connection to Christianity.
And an invitation to attend our *Annual Church Conference on Thursday evening October 30th @7pm. *Our District Superintendent the Rev. Dr. Eunice Vega-Perez will be presiding at the conference. It is an honor to have her see all the wonderful things our community is doing! Hope to see you there!
